—  who owns the photos, videos and immersive tours?

118 Real Estate Media owns the copyright to every piece of media that we produce.  When you purchase the media from us you are given permission to use the media for your marketing and business.  Media is non-transferable, and clients are not authorized to sell media to others.

 

 

—  what happens if there is bad weather during my shoot?

At 118 Real Estate Media we assume that all shoots are on unless otherwise informed.  Our prices include a blue sky guarantee, and interior shots can be accomplished regardless of weather. If desired outside shots can be reshot at another time. Cancelation fees will not be charged unless the shoot is cancelled after the photographer is onsite.

 

—  what is your cancelation policy?

  • Cancelled within 24 hours - $75 fee

  • Cancelled within 4 hours - $100 fee

  • Cancelled within 2 hours - 100% of the service fee.

We do, however reserve the right to waive any cancelation fee because we understand life happens.

 

—  do you have a guarantee of the quality of your work?

We will do everything in our power to make sure you love our product.

 

—  what is your turn around time?

  • Photography & Immersive Tours - 24 Hours or Less

  • Video – Varies based on the scope of the project, but is usually available within 3 business days
